Ingredients
Shortcrust pastry
2 eggs
200ml milk
Filling (choose any combination)
grated cheese
tomatoes
sliced leeks
chopped spring onions
cooked peppers
cooked onions
Method
- Heat the oven on 180Ôäâ.
- Roll out the pastry and line the blue rubber flan case.
- Mix the eggs and the milk together.
- Fry the onions, chop the peppers and grate the cheese.
- Pour the egg mix into the flan. Add the fillings.
- Bake for 40 mins.
