


Pesto & Soya Bean Pasta
Ingredients:
pasta, pesto sauce, frozen soya beans, chicken nuggets
1)
Boil some water in a saucepan and add 200g of any pasta of your choice.
2)
Cook 100g of frozen soya beans in a bowl with a little water in the microwave on 600 for 3 minutes.
3)
Set the air-fryer for 14 mins at 200 with a preheat and turn reminder. When ready, add the chicken nuggets.
4)
Half way through cooking the chicken nuggets give the air-fryer tray a shake to turn the nuggets over.
6)
When the pasta is cooked, drain the water then add pesto sauce and the cooked soya beans. Serve with the chicken nuggets on the side.

Chicken Burgers
Ingredients:
chicken burgers, cheese, lettuce, burger buns
1)
Put the oven on 200°C
2)
When the oven is warm, place the burgers on a baking tray and set the timer for 20 minutes.
3)
When there is 15 minutes to go on the timer set the air-fryer for 11 mins at 200 with a preheat and turn reminder. When ready, add the chips.
4)
The air-fryer will beep half way through. Stir the chips and add peri-peri salt to them.
5)
Set the grill for 150°C. Slice the burger buns and put them under the grill. Keep an eye on these that they don't burn.
6)
When the timer goes on the oven. Take the burgers out and add sliced cheese on the top of them. Put them back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
7)
Wash and cut the lettuce ready for the burgers.
8)
When done, place the burgers on the buns with lettuce on top and the chips on the side.

Toastie Wrap
Ingredients:
tortilla wraps, cheese, ham & pickle (optional)
1)
Grate cheese and place on the top half of the wrap.
2)
Add ham and/or pickle if you want.
3)
Fold the sides in (make sure it's small enough to fit inside the toaster).
4)
Fold up in half.
5)
Place in toaster. Set the dial facing about 11 o'clock and toast. Keep an eye on it that it doesn't burn.
6)
If you have difficulty getting it out, gently use a rubber spatula to get it away from the sides.

Chicken Rice
Ingredients:
chicken rice (frozen), sugar snaps, roasted peanuts
NOTE: defrost the chicken rice overnight for the next day
1)
Wash and chop the a packet of sugar snaps into smaller pieces.
2)
In a wok fry the sugar snaps in a little oil for 3-4mins.
3)
Add the unfrozen chicken rice to the wok, mix and heat this through until it's warm enough to eat.
4)
Roughly chop up some roasted peanuts and sprinkle on top.

Pasta Parcels
Ingredients:
1 packet of pasta parcels, 1 jar of tomato sauce, parmesan cheese
1)
Boil some water in a saucepan and add the a frozen packet of pasta parcels to cook for 4 minutes.
2)
In another saucepan pour the jar of tomato sauce in and warm gently. OR make a cheese sauce if you prefer.
3)
When the parcels are cooked drain them.
4)
Mix the pasta parcels with the tomato sauce and grate parmesan cheese over the top.

Omelette
Ingredients:
2 eggs, butter, cheese
Optional ingredients:
peas, mushrooms, bacon,
1)
Put a handful of frozen peas (if using) in a microwavable bowl with a small bit of water and place a plate on top. Place in microwave for 2 minutes at 600.

Grate some cheese.
3)
Crack 2 eggs into a mug, add a bit of salt and pepper and whisk with a fork. Use more eggs if you want a bigger omelette.
4)
Melt a bit of butter in a frying pan and spread around the pan.
5)
Pour the egg mix into the frying pan.
6)
After a minute of cooking add the peas (check they are cooked and drained) and the grated cheese.
7)
Fold in half the omelette, and cook for about half a minute. If you don't like the filling to be too runny cook a little longer.
8)
Place on a plate and eat!

Sausage, pasta & peas
Ingredients:
spaghetti, 2 sausages, frozen peas, butter, pepper, cheese
1)
Boil some water in a saucepan and add the spaghetti. If you don't have spaghetti you can use any pasta.
2)
Fry the sausage in a little oil. Turning as it cooks to brown all round. OR cook the sausages in the air-fryer for 15 minutes on 200 with turn reminder.
3)
Half way through cooking the pasta add frozen peas to the saucepan.
4)
When the pasta is cooked drain the water out, but keep a little bit of water in the saucepan.
5)
Once the sausages are cooked take them out and chop them up into pieces.
6)
Add 2 tablespoons (big spoons) of butter to the saucepan and melt.
7)
Tip the pasta, peas and sausage into the saucepan, add pepper and mix.
8)
Serve and add grated cheese on top.

Washing Clothes (Uni)
1)
Sort the clothes. Turn t-shirts and tops inside out (reduces wear on printed images).
2)
Pull socks out the right way round for better cleaning.
3)
CHECK ALL THE POCKETS FOR TISSUES, coins and anything else. Remove belts.
4)
Load the washing machine with the clothes.
5)
Add one washing tablet into the washing machine and shut the door.
6)
Select the 2. 40 °C Colours programme.
7)
When finished transfer all clothes to the dryer.
8)
Select the colours programme.
9)
Unload dryer, fold and put the clothes away.
- Washing clothes at 30°C (or as low as possible) saves energy and is easier on the clothes.
- Washing whites and colours separately will keep the whites whiter, colours can run and make whites look dull when washed together.

Chicken Fajitas
Ingredients:
tortilla wraps, 1 chicken breast, onion, pepper, fajita seasoning mix, lettuce, lime, salsa or sour cream
Alternatives:
Use Quorn pieces instead of chicken for a vegetation option.
1)
Chop up the chicken into small 5cm strips.
2)
Chop up the half an onion and half a pepper also into 5cm strips.
3)
Fry the chicken in a little oil.
4)
When the chicken is nearly cooked (white all over), tip the water out (if you can) and add the peppers and onions to the frying pan to cook.
5)
Chop up some lettuce while everything is cooking, and slice a lime in half.
6)
Sprinkle some Fajita seasoning over the chicken mix and stir in.
7)
When everything is cooked. Place a tortilla wrap on a plate and warm in the microwave at around 600 for 35 seconds.
8)
Place the chicken mix on the wrap with lettuce and squeeze of lime and some salsa and or sour cream. Fold up from the bottom and wrap the sides to eat.
