Put a handful of frozen peas (if using) in a microwavable bowl with a small bit of water and place a plate on top. Place in microwave for 2 minutes at 600.

Grate some cheese.

Crack 2 eggs into a mug, add a bit of salt and pepper and whisk with a fork. Use more eggs if you want a bigger omelette.

Melt a bit of butter in a frying pan and spread around the pan.

Pour the egg mix into the frying pan.

After a minute of cooking add the peas (check they are cooked and drained) and the grated cheese.

Fold in half the omelette, and cook for about half a minute. If you don't like the filling to be too runny cook a little longer.
Boil some water in a saucepan and add the spaghetti. If you don't have spaghetti you can use any pasta.

Fry the sausage in a little oil. Turning as it cooks to brown all round. OR cook the sausages in the air-fryer for 15 minutes on 200 with turn reminder.

Half way through cooking the pasta add frozen peas to the saucepan.

When the pasta is cooked drain the water out, but keep a little bit of water in the saucepan.

Once the sausages are cooked take them out and chop them up into pieces.

Add 2 tablespoons (big spoons) of butter to the saucepan and melt.

Tip the pasta, peas and sausage into the saucepan, add pepper and mix.
Use Quorn pieces instead of chicken for a vegetation option.

Chop up the chicken into small 5cm strips.

Chop up the half an onion and half a pepper also into 5cm strips.

Fry the chicken in a little oil.

When the chicken is nearly cooked (white all over), tip the water out (if you can) and add the peppers and onions to the frying pan to cook.

Chop up some lettuce while everything is cooking, and slice a lime in half.

Sprinkle some Fajita seasoning over the chicken mix and stir in.

When everything is cooked. Place a tortilla wrap on a plate and warm in the microwave at around 600 for 35 seconds.

Place the chicken mix on the wrap with lettuce and squeeze of lime and some salsa and or sour cream. Fold up from the bottom and wrap the sides to eat.
spaghetti, 1 chicken breast, cajun seasoning, spring onions, garlic granules, 150ml double cream, lemon juice

Slice the chicken in half.

Put in a bowl and sprinkle cajun seasoning over the chicken. Turn the chicken over and make sure the seasoning covers the whole chicken.

Chop up a couple of spring onions.

Boil some water in a saucepan and add the spaghetti. If you don't have spaghetti you can use any pasta.

Add a little oil into a frying pan then fry the chicken on both sides in the hot oil.

Stir the pasta to stop it sticking the bottom of the saucepan.

To check the chicken is cooked through cut it open in the middle and check that it's white, and NOT pink, all the way through. Once cooked take out and put aside on a plate.

Next fry the spring onions with some garlic granules. Add a little bit more oil if you need to to the frying pan.

Add the all the cream and two tablespoons of lemon juice to the spring onions. Gentle mix it together.

Drain the pasta once cooked and add this to the frying pan and mix it into the sauce.

Place the pasta mix on a plate. Slice the chicken up and add on top.
